I need your help. I really do. The People’s Book Award is a prestigious writing prize. Its Founding Patron was Dame Beryl Bainbridge, and current patrons include Frederick Forsythe CBE. The author of The Day of The Jackal, The Odessa File and multiple bestsellers who “wishes to encourage authors to pursue a career in writing that will prove long and successful.”

I consider myself honoured to be one of the authors considered for this award. Safkhet Publishing have nominated How Not to Murder Your Grumpy.

The award is, as the title would suggest, decided by the people and that is why I am posting this today. Unlike other awards I have received that are decided by a panel, this is decided by you.

Please could you go to the link below, fill in the brief registration and vote for my book? I know it is a lot to ask, but without your input and input of readers all over, there would be no award. It is simple.

Click HERE. Then register by submitting your email address. When you have your password come back to the link, click on my book and click the vote box. Comments are optional. Voting ends in August but please vote now. If you feel able, please share with your friends too.

Thank you all very much indeed. Your support means such a lot to me. Because, without you, I wouldn’t enjoy writing so much!
