GrumpytourbadgeAre you ready? Have you brought along a Grumpy? Then let’s get started. Today sees the beginning of the How Not to Murder Your Grumpy Tours. Firstly, I want to thank Sharon Goodwin again for organising these tours. She has been marvellous at keeping me in check – and let’s face it, that is a difficult task.

There are posts all week on the cover reveal tour and an abundance of prizes, so make sure to follow the posts and add your comments.

How Not to Murder Your Grumpy cover front

safkhetSo, here we go…here is the official cover for How Not to Murder Your Grumpy. The cover artist is Kim Maya Sutton (also the editor at Safkhet Publishing) and the cover was designed by Sally Neuhaus. I love it. It’s the colour of yellow rape seed fields and of happiness! It stands out in a crowd. You can see what I mean by looking at the photo of Ashbourne Book Shop. photo (8)

I would be really grateful if you could do a couple of things for me, as a ‘thank you’ to the cover creators. Would you be so kind as to go to Goodreads (if you are a member on that site) and vote for this cover? It is in the list of The Yellowest Covers. Click HERE to be directed to the list where it was in ninth position when I last looked.

Thank you for that. Next, please visit the Room For Reading which is the first stop on the tour, read my post there, and leave a comment. The more evil the answer, the better! Don’t forget to enter the Rafflecopter draw for a chance to win one of those brilliant prizes. Hubby loves the Grumpy Survival Kit and tried to sneak off with it.

There is also an interview with wonderful Suzan Collins and a chance to win a free copy of the book. You can read that by clicking HERE.

Grumpy Old Man MugFinally, today’s spot prize is this superb Grumpy Mug. (No, it isn’t yellow but lime green is still pretty noticable.) To win it, post a photograph on the Facebook events page (CLICK HERE) or my page (CLICK HERE) of the yellowest object you have in your house. Have you got something even more yellow than my book cover?

See you tomorrow for more prizes and an innovative way to murder your grumpy.
